The words above are ones that I live by every single day. This spotted boy that you see here - he's my world. He's my best friend, my protector, and he makes me smile a hundred times a day. I can't explain in words how important he is to me.

Charlene is a portrait and event photographer serving Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. She is a member of Professional Photographers of America and an Affiliate Photographer for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Development and Education from The Ohio State University and is a self-taught photographer who continues to improve and enrich her techniques with workshops, seminars, and photography conferences, and she became a Certified Professional Photographer through PPA in 2015. She was awarded “The Knot Best of Weddings," for four years running, and was welcomed into their Hall of Fame in 2019. Charlene lives in a suburb of Pittsburgh with her
Great Dane, Emmet and his kitty, Sophie.
Emmet is a senior Great Dane who serves as the Office Manager for Custom Portraits by Charlene. Despite the fact that he sleeps more than twenty hours each day, Emmet keeps his momma on task in the office. He ensures that emails are answered promptly, double checks that every image is perfectly retouched, and he does his best to keep slobbers off of the product packaging.
